Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in Sales support, Tender Management, or Project Management
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
  • Understanding of commercial tender aspects
  • Understanding of international site worker assignments
  • Process-oriented profile with strategic mindset
  • Proactive, structured approach and responsibility
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural teams
  • Extended communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Lead complex commercial tenders for substation automation systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate costs and risks
  • Prepare detailed commercial documentation and cost calculations
  • Manage financial consolidations and cash flow projections
  • Evaluate project setups and delivery scopes
  • Determine suitable commercial terms and conditions
  • Support sales managers during contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical bid managers on all requirements
  • Conduct lessons learned reviews to improve efficiency
  • Provide regular productivity insights to management
