  • Engaging and aligning stakeholders in complex matrix organizations
  • Translating global strategy into regional commercial plans
  • Solid background in electrical installation/UPS-systems/batteries
  • Demonstrable technical credibility
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations
  • Deep understanding of customer buying behaviors
  • Deep understanding of global market dynamics
  • Leveraging SAP and modern digital tools
  • Improving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Developing customer-centric solutions
  • Fluent in English

Tasks

  • Lead the Service organization for ABB’s Critical Power Business Line
  • Ensure strong business performance and strategic execution
  • Report to the Sales, Service, and Project Execution Leader Switzerland
  • Accelerate market growth and deepen customer partnerships
  • Ensure high-quality execution across service operations
  • Implement the Service strategy as part of the local management team
  • Collaborate with other businesses and hubs to ensure consistent plan implementation
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and high-quality execution
  • Work with Sales and Project Management to achieve operational excellence
  • Coach and mentor Critical Power regional service leaders
  • Collaborate with other ABB business lines and divisions
  • Maintain health and safety standards for the local Service team
  • Enforce a culture of service safety and integrity
