- •Advanced experience with sourcing tools and ATS
- •Fluent German and DACH market experience
- •Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- •Resilient, analytical, and data-driven mindset

Tasks
- •Design advanced sourcing strategies for niche roles
- •Collaborate with the Head of People and TA Business Partners
- •Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and local sourcing platforms
- •Build and nurture pipelines of pre-qualified candidates
- •Calibrate role requirements with internal stakeholders
- •Provide weekly insights on market feasibility and talent availability
- •Manage candidate data within the Lever ATS
- •Create personalized outreach campaigns via email and InMail
- •Partner with Employer Branding on engagement initiatives
- •Monitor competitor activity, layoffs, and salary trends
- •Share market intelligence and candidate motivations with the team
- •Execute hands-on tasks for broader TA projects
- •Maintain a respectful and transparent candidate experience
