- Enjoyment of sales and team support
- Successful recruitment industry background
- Excellent team player with communication skills
- Fluent in French and German or English
Tasks
- Develop and expand your network in life sciences.
- Act as the interface between clients and candidates.
- Organize your business independently and set goals.
- Maintain your network to grow candidate portfolio.
- Acquire new clients through effective communication.
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients.
- Lead by example and drive team revenue.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and candidates.
