- Never had a CERN fellow contract before
- Never had a CERN graduate contract before
- University degree required
- PhD not eligible
- Valid driving licence
Tasks
- Strengthen CFRS by coordinating non-operational activities
- Support international staff in safety and planning
- Perform alarm reception activities and system checks
- Assist with preparatory work and site inspections
- Prepare and follow up on worksite changes
- Draft and update evacuation plans
- Verify information on evacuation plans
- Support safety officers during evacuation exercises
- Prepare emergency response arrangements for accelerators
- Contribute to FCC safety work for infrastructure
- Develop emergency response concepts for future accelerators
- Participate in robotics and proof of concept activities
- Conduct risk assessments and HSE follow-up activities
- Support budget tracking and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain documentation and ensure follow-up
