Requirements
- 5+ years experience in fast-paced environment with strong hands-on execution (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer tech, start-up)
- Drive to take ownership across strategic and operational topics
- Proven ability to prepare clear, senior-level strategy materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic initiatives
- Experience managing budgeting, long-term planning, liquidity, and financial reporting
- Solid experience with corporate governance topics (board processes, shareholder matters, filings)
- Experience preparing investor materials and/or managing data room
- Experience working with press contacts, coordinating press releases, and external communication
- Experience in market sizing and competitive analysis
- Sales experience is a plus
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable execution
- Excellent written and spoken English
- German language skills are a plus
- Availability to start as soon as possible
Tasks
- Collaborate on strategy materials with cross-functional teams
- Develop key strategic storylines and documents
- Manage critical strategic initiatives
- Handle critical hires and press outreach
- Organize public and investor events
- Conduct critical ad hoc analyses
- Align financial and business plans with company strategy
- Ensure smooth corporate governance execution
- Manage governance filings in Switzerland and US
- Support fundraising by managing data room
- Explore alternative use cases for Liom’s technology
- Assess and pursue business development opportunities
