- •Knowledge of customer and disease area requirements
- •Excellent communication and organization skills
- •Results and action orientation
- •Fluency in German, English, and French

Tasks
- •Promote products to primary and secondary care accounts
- •Lead and empower the team to achieve targets
- •Meet call metrics for target account coverage
- •Identify key stakeholders within target accounts
- •Upgrade patients to company brands and manage retention
- •Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- •Manage territory, customer sales, and relationships
- •Guide customers on glucose sensors and software
- •Support healthcare professionals with product training
- •Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders
- •Create strategy plans for key customer deployment
- •Execute territorial training and education events
- •Participate in patient and healthcare professional congresses
- •Report daily activities via the CRM system
- •Plan and execute independent customer events
- •Support the launch of new products and technologies
