Tasks

- Upgrade patients to company brands and manage retention
- Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- Manage territory, customer sales, and relationships
- Guide customers on glucose sensors and software
- Support healthcare professionals with product training
- Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders
- Create strategy plans for key customer deployment
- Execute territorial training and education events
- Participate in patient and healthcare professional congresses
- Report daily activities via the CRM system
- Plan and execute independent customer events
- Support the launch of new products and technologies
