Requirements

  • Self-starter with passion for business opportunities
  • Experience selling payments and cross-sell campaigns in Hospitality or Hospitality Software
  • Comfortable driving revenue growth and product adoption
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Executive presence with senior leaders and investors
  • Desired experience with international stakeholders and customers

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth with existing customers
  • Identify high-value customer opportunities within a specific territory
  • Partner with account managers for Key Accounts
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Align product portfolio to add value for customers
  • Leverage consultative skills to guide customers through the sales journey
  • Execute effective campaign strategies across the customer portfolio
  • Own the full-cycle sales engagement plan for cross-selling products
  • Identify qualified leads and drive revenue realization
  • Develop opportunity win plans with Account Managers
  • Understand detailed business drivers in forecasts
  • Maximize opportunities to hit revenue goals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and competitors
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Evaluate how the product portfolio can accelerate customer business
  • Expand and exceed sales goals within the designated territory
  • Present compelling proposals and define pricing models
  • Negotiate and sign cross-sell deals
  • Own the full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization
  • Ensure signed opportunities go live and ramp according to plan
  • Track, analyze, and create reports on opportunity activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create clear process flows
