Requirements
- 10+ years experience in strategic account management, business consulting, or senior customer-facing roles (energy, infrastructure, or related sectors)
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex customer accounts (energy or infrastructure sectors)
- Proven experience in international strategic engagement with senior business leaders
- Confidence operating in complex industry/policy networks, strong ability to influence, connect, drive strategic dialogue
- Passion for developing others, ability to coach, guide, elevate account team capabilities

- Agile, relationship-driven communication, ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Tasks

- Encourage sharing of best practices between accounts
- Report quarterly on aggregated strategic engagement
- Ensure strategic actions align with Country Strategic Plans
- Align and coordinate top 100 account actions with regional leadership
- Assist Account Team Leaders in building senior relationships
