Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in strategic account management, business consulting, or senior customer-facing roles (energy, infrastructure, or related sectors)
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex customer accounts (energy or infrastructure sectors)
  • Proven experience in international strategic engagement with senior business leaders
  • Confidence operating in complex industry/policy networks, strong ability to influence, connect, drive strategic dialogue
  • Passion for developing others, ability to coach, guide, elevate account team capabilities
  • Strong appetite for knowledge sharing, collaboration, cross-functional alignment
  • Agile, relationship-driven communication, ability to influence diverse stakeholders

Tasks

  • Drive strategic partnerships with top 100 customers
  • Assist Account Team Leaders with strategic objectives and actions
  • Encourage sharing of best practices between accounts
  • Report quarterly on aggregated strategic engagement
  • Ensure strategic actions align with Country Strategic Plans
  • Align and coordinate top 100 account actions with regional leadership
  • Assist Account Team Leaders in building senior relationships
