Tasks

• •Lead daily stock activities with the team
• •Coordinate and develop the Fashion Stockist team
• •Ensure team understands CHANEL’s strategy and procedures
• •Onboard and train new team members
• •Provide ongoing support and feedback to the team
• •Organize team briefings to foster collaboration
• •Plan and allocate team resources effectively
• •Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
• •Collaborate with Boutique teams for a cohesive client experience
• •Oversee stock operations, including deliveries and reservations
• •Manage communication for incoming deliveries
• •Ensure accurate inventory management and rotations
• •Conduct regular stock analysis to inform sales
• •Propose process improvements for supply systems
