- •Coordinate and develop the Fashion Stockist team
- •Ensure team understands CHANEL’s strategy and procedures
- •Onboard and train new team members
- •Provide ongoing support and feedback to the team
- •Organize team briefings to foster collaboration
- •Plan and allocate team resources effectively
- •Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
- •Collaborate with Boutique teams for a cohesive client experience
- •Oversee stock operations, including deliveries and reservations
- •Manage communication for incoming deliveries
- •Ensure accurate inventory management and rotations
- •Conduct regular stock analysis to inform sales
- •Propose process improvements for supply systems
