As the Boutique Director, you will lead a passionate team in Zurich, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. This role blends leadership with a commitment to CHANEL's vision, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere that fosters client loyalty.

Requirements

• •At least 10 years of documented experience in sales management
• •Minimum 5 years of shop floor experience within the Luxury industry
• •Strong people management skills, engaging and communicative
• •Self-driven, positive, and independent personality
• •Trustworthiness with high integrity and ethics
• •Fluency in English and ideally German; French is a plus

Tasks

• •Lead and inspire a team of around 50 people
• •Establish a world-class service and selling culture
• •Ensure high standards of client experience
• •Develop and achieve business goals with Front of House and Heart of House teams
• •Act as a leader of leaders with a minimum of 6 direct reports
• •Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback
• •Encourage diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
• •Lead the team with agility and resilience
• •Seek continuous improvement based on key performance indicators
• •Communicate CHANEL's aesthetic vision to boutique clients
• •Infuse the essence of each collection into boutique buyings
• •Ensure boutique assortment aligns with buying strategy and budget
• •Implement and uphold image and visual merchandising guidelines
• •Demonstrate state-of-the-art client engagement on the selling floor
• •Coach boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience
