Requirements
- •Deep academic and market knowledge of jewellery
- •Excellent client and presentation skills
- •Driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Ability to work professionally and collaboratively
- •High standard of integrity and discretion
- •Proactive project management and organizational skills
- •Ability to operate with grace under pressure
- •5+ years of experience in auction house or jewellery
- •GIA/FGA or similar qualification
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Additional European languages

- •Source and evaluate property for sales inclusion
- •Collaborate with specialists to set estimates and sales terms
- •Assist in developing a long-term sourcing strategy for Europe
- •Build a pipeline of property for short, mid, and long-term sales
- •Assist with major collection valuations and consignments
- •Position Phillips as a premier platform for selling jewellery
- •Liaise with Client Development to target buyers for all lots
- •Create specialized selling plans for upcoming sales
- •Participate in presale exhibitions worldwide
- •Promote and sell auctions through face-to-face client contact
- •Cultivate networks among collectors, dealers, and curators
- •Maintain best-in-class knowledge of the jewellery market
- •Produce original content for catalogues
- •Develop and expand private sales transactions
- •Attend local and regional events to represent Phillips
- •Participate in telephone bidding with clients
- •Perform other duties as requested
