Client Liaison and Department Assistant(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Knowledge, passion, and commitment to art field
- Degree holder or equivalent (art-related master’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to exemplary client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work within a cross-departmental organization
- Ability to work in a demanding, matrix environment
- Flexible approach to wide range of tasks
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
Tasks
- Organize pipeline management meetings with GFA team
- Support client requests for property management
- Coordinate pre-sale targeting strategy for global auctions
- Track and maintain pre-sale target lists
- Monitor consignment process before and after sales
- Communicate with Shipping, Client Accounts, and other departments
- Understand and communicate auction and Private Sales processes
- Assist Specialists during client visits and valuations
- Update client lists for mailings and invitations
- Support Swiss GFA Team with client development
- Liaise with international colleagues for seamless service
- Handle general queries and problem-solving
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support corporate events
- Post and park invoices using Concur
- Manage office supplies and internal coordination
- Support occasional projects as requested
- Assist with shipping and logistics
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
Languages

- French – Basic
