Tasks

  • Support team and RMs with Intermediaries & FO and end-client requests
  • Ensure seamless operations and fast, competent responses
  • Place orders and handle client requests
  • Execute payments and place loans and deposits
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in handling enquiries
  • Provide data and escalate issues to senior colleagues
  • Promote and service e-channels for Intermediaries & FO
  • Process related requests and enquiries
  • Facilitate ongoing information exchange with RMs and stakeholders
  • Support professional and high-quality client care
  • Attend to incoming calls and take prompt action
  • Update records of client instructions, details, and preferences
  • Create system-based reports for RMs
  • Provide clients with information and data
  • Process orders, trades, transactions, and payments
  • Handle and execute client requests
  • Promote usage and adoption of dedicated e-channels
  • Monitor maturity list for deposits, loans, and trades
  • Take action on standard instructions
  • Seek instructions from RMs or clients when necessary
  • Organize and follow up on client meetings
  • Prepare logistics and documents for client meetings
  • Support RMs in investigations and troubleshooting
  • Maintain close cross-team collaboration
  • Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies
  • Serve as a first line of risk defense
  • Raise concerns and follow up on issues
  • Escalate issues as necessary
