Requirements
- Fluent Spanish, French, and English
- Apprenticeship or Economics degree, ideally with banking product/service or compliance trainings (SAQ/CWMA)
- Minimum 5 years in similar Assistant position at a Swiss Bank or IAM
- Knowledge of Latam markets
- Good knowledge of wealth management products/services
- Deep knowledge of compliance rules (incl. cross-border) and Swiss regulations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sense of organization and priorities
- Flexibility
- Excellent client and service orientation
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to take initiative
- Fluent Spanish, English and French
Tasks
- Prospect, onboard, and close clients
- Update databases
- Manage communication and reporting
- Prepare client visits
- Organize internal and external meetings
- Support RMs with Central Registry documentation
- Handle Central Registry updates and repapering
- Assist RMs with Risk and Compliance for KYC and AML
- Interact personalized with clients
- Manage cash, credit/debit cards, and transfers
- Execute payment and trading orders
- Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies
- Observe cross-border rules and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events when requested

- Bachelor's degree
