Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years’ experience as Structured Gas Originator
- Well-established network amongst utilities, upstream players, trading houses, or large industrials
- Ability to structure, negotiate and execute complex commodities structures
- Strong teamwork and ownership of full deal cycle
- Ability to steer internal stakeholders
- Eagerness and structured approach in developing new markets
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial mindset
- Familiarity with EFET and ISDA master trade agreements
- Knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk management
- Fluency in English and preferably additional non-Latin European languages
Tasks
- Analyze existing and new markets
- Develop sound gas origination strategies
- Identify and capture commercial opportunities
- Generate flow and complex gas transactions
- Expand the company's European presence
- Maintain relationships with counterparties and operators
- Negotiate and execute structured transactions
- Collaborate with traders to maximize portfolio value
- Share market intelligence to adapt to opportunities
