Requirements

  • 3–8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Consulting, or equivalent
  • Ability to run insight-based discovery and build conviction
  • Comfort with senior stakeholders and leadership skills
  • Strong workshop facilitation and demo craft
  • Connecting technical realities to business outcomes
  • SAP exposure or multi-ERP environments
  • Finance and process knowledge in AP or S2P/P2P
  • Experience competing against legacy vendors
  • Fluency in English and German or another European language

Tasks

  • Practice insight selling to reframe customer problems
  • Quantify the cost of inaction to build urgency
  • Lead discovery across CFO, CIO, and procurement teams
  • Translate operational bottlenecks into a target-state narrative
  • Architect tailored solution scopes and rollout approaches
  • Define integration patterns and security postures
  • Conduct technical deep dives with IT and security teams
  • Deliver high-impact demos mapped to customer workflows
  • Facilitate workshops to create tangible blueprints
  • Build credible value narratives and business cases
  • Support account executives with executive-ready impact data
  • Position the company against fragmented technology stacks
  • Establish a clear 'why now' based on operational risk
