- •Translate customer feedback into actionable user stories
- •Collaborate with product teams in Roche Diagnostics Solutions and Roche Information Solutions
- •Champion the customer's voice to clarify development goals
- •Ensure solutions are commercially viable and generate business value
- •Participate in agile processes, including sprints and retrospectives
- •Scope and prioritize user stories with product teams
- •Design user experiences that address customer pain points
- •Execute the solution roadmap with manageable customer stories
- •Manage external collaborations and internal programs across business areas
