Requirements

Tasks
- Report to the Chapter Lead Partnerships and Transactions
- Serve on the Partnerships and Transactions Leadership Team
- Act as the primary contact for long-term partnership capabilities
- Maximize value across all Diagnostics Partnering activities
- Improve chapter expertise to meet network and business priorities
- Develop the professional capabilities of Sub-Chapter members
- Oversee partnership management for single and multiparty relationships
- Design and frame digital ecosystems and platform businesses
- Lead a team of seven to eight members
- Ensure best-in-class expertise in Alliance and Ecosystem Management
- Support the professional journey of each Sub-Chapter member
- Foster a safe space for team interaction and learning
- Recruit and strengthen long-term team capabilities
- Develop negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
- Cultivate risk management and strategic thinking skills
- Translate strategic direction into specific capability needs
- Collaborate with Network Leads and Customer Area Heads
- Manage the Diagnostics Partnering external brand
- Position Diagnostics as a partner-of-choice for external stakeholders
- Commit to long-term value creation with partners
