Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in Biology or equivalent
  • •Experience from IVD laboratory diagnostics business
  • •Experience from sales preferable but not mandatory if having strong experience from molecular diagnostic field
  • •Experience from molecular laboratory field mandatory
  • •Strong experience maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • •Fluency in English and German or French

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Acquire new business
  • •Renew expiring contracts and negotiate prices
  • •Establish value propositions and build business cases
  • •Engage with customers post-sale
  • •Develop relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders
  • •Address customer requests and forward to the Service department
  • •Advise customers on lab productivity and design
  • •Maintain customer data in the CRM system and report activities

German – Business Fluent

French – Basic
