Tasks

  • Manage existing accounts to ensure renewals

  • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  • Generate proposals and pricing for medical and security solutions
  • Negotiate contracts for assigned clients
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for client onboarding
  • Conduct routine account reviews and reporting
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Develop cross-border sales with international regions
