ServiceNow Account Executive - Switzerland(m/w/x)
Driving AI-enabled digital workflow transformation for telecom and tech clients. 4-6 years selling ServiceNow or competing SaaS solutions required. Focus on C-suite relationships and consulting services sales.
Requirements
- 4-6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS products
- Existing field relationship in ServiceNow ecosystem preferred
- Experience selling consulting and integration services
- Ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, maintain C-level relationships
- Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Successful experience evaluating, establishing, building client relationships
- Exceptional client relationship skills, consultative, influential executive relationships
- Strategic mindset, understanding of 'big picture', aligning sales with IT/business objectives
- Willingness to travel to clients as needed
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology field, or equivalent experience
- Industry certifications highly desired
Tasks
- Drive new business in telecom and technology industries
- Create strategic business plans for sales and business development
- Design innovative marketing events
- Develop relationships with C-suite executives
- Lead account strategy by mapping client relationships
- Leverage a diverse virtual team for client success
- Advise customers on ServiceNow solutions for IT and business challenges
- Collaborate with internal specialists to close deals
- Build and qualify a healthy sales pipeline
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for customers
- Become a subject matter expert on ServiceNow products
- Attend classes, certifications, and seminars
- Contact customers to understand business needs
- Communicate ServiceNow solutions to customers
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities
- Prepare sales budgets and reports
- Keep sales records and provide biweekly forecasts
- Present to key leadership and stakeholders
