Requirements
- •Proven track record in B2B sales within fintech, treasury, payments, or financial software
- •Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations and payment ecosystems
- •Experience selling into mid-to-large corporates across the DACH region
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- •Experience with FIS solutions or similar platforms
- •Existing network within corporate treasury or finance functions
- •Knowledge of regulatory and market trends impacting treasury and payments in DACH
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Develop and execute sales strategies for the DACH region
- •Identify and qualify new business opportunities in corporate treasury and finance
- •Lead client engagements from discovery to contract negotiation
- •Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver solutions
- •Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in FIS CRM systems
- •Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
