Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience, ideally within SAP ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in full sales cycle management for large-scale transformation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP strategy, cloud offerings, implementation models, and industry use cases
- Fluent German and English communication skills, strong negotiation and executive-level presentation skills
- Strategic account planning and territory management
- Enterprise relationship management up to CxO level
- Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management across internal and external networks
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced sales environments

- Represent the company at industry events
- Participate in SAP forums
- Engage with strategic partners
- Ensure accurate forecasting
- Report on sales pipeline

- Mentor junior sales contributors
- Support team enablement initiatives
