- •Technical certificate, secondary education, or equivalent experience
- •Experience in tertiary and industrial building design
- •Proven experience in Revit and AutoCAD
- •Experience in team management
- •Experience working with 3D scans
- •Background in civil engineering building trades
- •Knowledge of building construction and renovation
- •Design of HVAC, sanitary, and electrical installations
- •Knowledge of BIM management
- •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Catia
- •Proactive communication and conflict resolution skills
- •Structured approach and results-oriented planning
- •Teamwork skills and information sharing
- •Flexibility and resourcefulness in shifting priorities

- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- •Ensure CAD and BIM tool interoperability
- •Maintain and update technical standards and procedures
- •Produce and manage 3D scans and point clouds
