Senior Manager Growth & Transformation(m/w/x)
Driving AI-powered sales transformation for startups and corporates. 5-8 years strategy consultancy or transformation experience required. Maximum ownership, direct C-level visibility.
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience from strategy consultancy or industry transformation/strategy role
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Operator mindset: structured, hands-on, detail-oriented, impact-focused
- Clear and confident communication in management materials, workshops, and with teams
- Solid foundational understanding of sales, data, and AI concepts
- Change management or organisational development experience is a plus
- Fluent German and English
- Additional European languages (Polish or Czech) are a strong plus
- Experience in B2B sales organisations with multi-country setup is an advantage
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is an advantage

- Redefine customer opportunity identification
- Own outcomes and drive rollouts
- Challenge and engage stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and adoption strategies

- Shape GTM strategy and sales roadmap
- Prepare Executive Board and C-level decisions
- Manage timelines and milestones
- Drive cross-functional execution
- Orchestrate rollout waves
- Ensure market readiness and go-lives
- Build feedback loops with users
- Translate field input into decisions
- Lead change management
- Map stakeholders and champion networks
- Manage resistance
- Shape governance infrastructure
- SteerCo materials and milestone tracking
- Facilitate leadership alignment meetings
