- Up-to-date with technological and software industry trends
- Keen on expanding knowledge by digging into new software products
- Familiarity with IT landscape and architecture of different organization sizes
- Advising clients on reaching next-level excellence
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Coaching junior colleagues
- Proficiency in steering strategic projects
