Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Org Psychology, or related field
  • Several years progressive HR experience, strong in advisory or business partnering
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience handling complex employee relations and sensitive situations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, organizational development
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence and build trust
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution approach
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze people data, identify trends, propose actionable insights
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
  • Collaborative work within HR team and across business functions
