- Align strategy with R&D HW Components roadmap
- Ensure delivery of high-quality electronic components
- Meet targets for performance, content, quality, timeline, and cost
- Make final technical design decisions
- Ensure architectural consistency and long-term platform sustainability
- Contribute to strategic and operational workforce planning
- Secure critical capabilities for future technology roadmaps
- Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and ownership
- Establish effective organizational setup with clear interfaces
- Build strong partnerships with external technology providers
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Enhance ways of working, structures, and capabilities
- Provide strong line and functional leadership
