- Master’s in Engineering or Business

Tasks
- Drive GenAI adoption across R&D areas
- Translate strategy into actionable initiatives
- Identify and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases
- Support team integration of GenAI into workflows
- Evaluate and pilot GenAI tools
- Onboard and deploy GenAI tools in R&D
- Define and track adoption metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers
- Design and deliver GenAI training programs
- Develop guidance materials for GenAI
- Foster communities of practice for GenAI
- Champion change initiatives for new tools
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation and learning
- Act as primary GenAI contact in R&D
- Collaborate with R&D leadership and Corporate IT
- Work with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance
- Engage with Human Resources and external partners
- Communicate progress and insights transparently
- Support leadership communication through town halls
- Deliver organizational updates and internal presentations
