- Plan timelines, resourcing, and budgets
- Align clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs functions
- Refine team roles and scientific capabilities
- Select and manage CROs and external partners
- Author key clinical and regulatory documents
- Create high-quality scientific presentations and submissions
