Requirements

  • •University degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • •Several years of experience in IT leadership roles ideally supporting R&D, laboratories, or scientific environments
  • •Proven experience as an IT business partner engaging senior R&D stakeholders
  • •Strong understanding of R&D processes and systems integration into a regulated environment
  • •Experience in introducing digital and automation use cases in regulated environments
  • •Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Act as the primary IT business partner for R&D
  • •Align IT initiatives with R&D strategy and priorities
  • •Build and lead the R&D Applications team
  • •Select talent and manage team performance
  • •Define the application and digital innovation strategy for R&D
  • •Cover laboratory systems and scientific platforms
  • •Implement data solutions and advanced analytics
  • •Drive end-to-end IT initiatives in collaboration with R&D
  • •Manage the lifecycle of application solutions and cloud platforms
  • •Support digital and data-driven R&D use cases
  • •Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements
  • •Partner with teams to evaluate emerging technologies
  • •Establish governance and prioritization frameworks
  • •Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
