Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes
  • Assist Digital Sales teams in customer needs qualification
  • Participation across sales lifecycle for new customers
  • Mentoring and training peers, colleagues, partners
  • Product demonstrations for prospects and customers
  • Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Value engagements
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Staying current on product developments/releases for demos/POCs
  • Supporting Marketing events (user conferences, trade shows, webinars)
  • Staying current on competitive analyses and differentiators
  • Understanding business/technical problems addressed by products
  • Conducting transition briefing with Sales and Professional Services
  • ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
  • Willingness to apply despite not meeting all qualifications

Tasks

  • Provide expert technical and business solution consultancy
  • Support direct sales force and partners during presales
  • Produce proposals and ServiceNow product demonstrations
  • Scope and deliver Business Value Assessments
  • Convey the value of ServiceNow solutions to customers and prospects
  • Assist Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs
  • Participate in the sales lifecycle for acquiring new customers
  • Mentor and train peers, colleagues, and partners
  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored
  • Generate and maintain product demo scripts and scenarios
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Stay current on product developments and releases
  • Support marketing events like user conferences and trade shows
  • Stay informed on competitive analyses and differentiators
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by products
  • Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services
  • Communicate commitments and expectations for deployment
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings
