Tasks

  • Own full PNL for PI in Europe.
  • Establish, develop, and implement the PI Strategy.
  • Lead a team of 20 people.

  • Coordinate sales, marketing, and support tactics with CBLs.
  • Achieve the annual plan.
  • Analyze new markets and opportunities.
  • Monitor market conditions and pricing trends.
  • Monitor efficiency of pricing actions.
  • Advise on pricing plans for regional harmony.
  • Ensure local competitiveness in pricing.
  • Execute the annual operating plan.
  • Achieve sales, gross profit, and expense targets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on product development opportunities.
  • Ensure commercial success for new product launches.
  • Manage regional product pricing corridors and policies.
  • Consider local market factors for product sales.
  • Participate in marketing and LT planning programs.

  • Ensure product portfolio includes suitable services.
  • Oversee product launches and communication.
