Tasks
- Lead three-year strategic, operational, financial plan.
- Own full PNL for PI in Europe.
- Establish, develop, and implement the PI Strategy.
- Lead a team of 20 people.
- Coordinate downstream marketing activities.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, and support tactics with CBLs.
- Achieve the annual plan.
- Analyze new markets and opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions and pricing trends.
- Monitor efficiency of pricing actions.
- Advise on pricing plans for regional harmony.
- Ensure local competitiveness in pricing.
- Execute the annual operating plan.
- Achieve sales, gross profit, and expense targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on product development opportunities.
- Ensure commercial success for new product launches.
- Manage regional product pricing corridors and policies.
- Consider local market factors for product sales.
- Participate in marketing and LT planning programs.
- Provide oversight on marketing activities.
