Enterprise AI platform sales for regulated industries across Continental Europe. 5-7+ years quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience required. Continuous improvement, professional development.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record closing complex, consultative deals
- Strong pipeline generation and territory management capabilities
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience with value-based and consultative selling approaches
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in business contexts
- Fluency in German and English (required)
- Financial Services, Government, or Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Interest in AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
- Experience selling Enterprise Search, GenAI, or Data Analytics platforms
- Additional European language (e.g. French, Italian)
- Degree (BA / MA / MBA or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Hunter with passion for winning and exceeding targets
- Proven ability to close complex, consultative enterprise deals
- Highly autonomous, strategic territory owner
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Skilled in building, managing, and converting strong sales pipeline
- Strong interest in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science)
Tasks
- Own and execute strategic territory plan for Continental Europe
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Engineering
- Execute tailored, value-based sales strategies and campaigns
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies
- Position Squirro as a trusted solution
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Manage pipeline health
- Provide reliable forecasts and activity reporting
