Requirements
- 3–8+ years experience in business development or B2B sales
- Proven track record selling complex solutions
- Ability to conduct technical-commercial discussions
- Strong negotiation skills and contract experience
- Excellent CRM discipline
- Experience selling grid-scale BESS or hybrid projects
- Knowledge of project development lifecycle
- Familiarity with offtake structures and revenue stacks
- Existing network across utilities and developers
Tasks
- Identify and qualify energy storage system buyers
- Execute prospecting strategies across target geographies
- Map accounts and key decision-makers
- Develop a structured and qualified pipeline
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles and negotiations
- Translate customer needs into commercial offers
- Coordinate stakeholders to produce compelling proposals
- Manage strategic partners to accelerate project access
- Create repeatable co-selling and framework agreements
- Provide market feedback for pricing and products
- Track competitor activity and buying criteria
- Negotiate key commercial and technical terms
