Requirements

  • 3–8+ years experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Proven track record selling complex solutions
  • Ability to lead technical-commercial discussions
  • Strong negotiation skills and contract experience
  • Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management
  • Experience selling grid-scale BESS or hybrid projects
  • Knowledge of project development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with offtake structures and revenue stacks
  • Existing network across utilities and developers

Tasks

  • Build and execute a prospecting strategy for target segments
  • Map accounts and key decision-makers across various departments
  • Develop a structured pipeline with clear qualification criteria
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to closing
  • Translate customer needs into winning commercial offers
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and partners to produce proposals
  • Identify and manage strategic partners to accelerate project access
  • Create repeatable partner motions and framework agreements
  • Provide market feedback to inform pricing and product roadmaps
  • Track competitor activity and customer buying criteria
  • Recommend differentiators and market positioning
  • Negotiate key commercial terms and service levels
