Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or related roles
- Strong CRM and operations skillset
- Experience supporting transaction execution processes
- Fluency in English and German
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Interest or experience in sustainability topics
- Experience in Green Tech, IoT, or Energy
- Technical understanding of battery systems
- Familiarity with cross-border transactions
- Experience with physical goods or supply chains
Tasks
- Own HubSpot as the single source of truth
- Ensure data accuracy and stage discipline
- Monitor and follow up on pipeline updates
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline from opportunity to contract
- Ensure documentation is complete and execution-ready
- Align deal data with Finance for forecasting
- Structure and coordinate commercial logistics workflows
- Define handover criteria and documentation requirements
- Coordinate between Sales, external partners, and Finance
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Implement improvements to increase Sales execution reliability
