- Postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering
- 15+ years UPS or Data Center industry experience
- Wide network across data center, semiconductor, IT channels
- Solid influencing skills across functions, geography, segments
- Experience managing large local/regional organizations
- Experience implementing change in matrix organization
- Familiar with tendering processes
- Familiar with commissioning processes
- Familiar with project management processes
- Previous experience in electric industry
- Previous experience in automation industry
- Understanding of mission critical segments
- Knowledge of industry, local governmental requirements
- Awareness of global market conditions
- Awareness of sales function technicalities/methodologies
- Usage of SAP and other modern smart tools
- Fluent written and oral English communication
- Fluent written and oral German communication
Tasks
- Lead Sales, Service, and Project Execution organization
- Ensure business performance and strategy implementation
- Achieve challenging growth targets
- Report to Critical Power Regional Leader
- Oversee commercial strategy in relevant countries
- Evaluate market opportunities and deploy actions
- Build relationships with external stakeholders
- Support operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Ensure pre-sales and tendering functions are staffed
- Align system engineering and product marketing
- Deliver projects on schedule, quality, and cost
- Manage after-sales support and service business
- Adhere to ABB’s project management frameworks
