Requirements
- Interest in drives and motors technology and enjoyment of working with end-users in different industries and stages
- 7+ years of proven experience in Sales and Service
- Strong motivation to lead self and others; direct or indirect leadership experience advantageous
- Knowledge in critical electrical drive and motor applications and Life Cycle Management
- Higher degree in sales and/or engineering
- Professional, effective communication and negotiation skills; high level of motivation, self-drive, and can-do mentality
- Fluency in German and English; French and Italian as an advantage; any other language as a bonus
Tasks
- Implement local sales strategies for the Motion market
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Determine account and acquisition plans to support growth
- Create and plan service sales strategies to increase Installed Base (IB) penetration
- Participate in negotiations for major contracts to secure service sales volume
- Set, review, and achieve sales targets with cost-effective solutions
- Obtain feedback on sales development and allocate resources for service sales
- Report on current market status and sales activities
- Develop and maintain a high-quality IB management system
- Provide guidance and coaching to others for effective execution
