Requirements
- Service or technical sales experience in power generation, electrification, automation, or industrial sectors
- Thorough knowledge of Installed Base (IB) concepts
- Ability to promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-adding service solutions
- Skilled in identifying, developing, and securing service sales opportunities
- Solid commercial acumen
- Experience with pricing, sales planning, forecasting, and recovery plans
- Customer-focused mindset
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer issues
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Ability to manage assigned territory with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as required
- Fluent communication in English
- Fluent communication in German
