Requirements

• Degree in electrical, power, or mechanical engineering
• Enjoyment of applying knowledge in industrial settings
• 5+ years industrial power energy experience
• 2-3 years functional engineering team leadership
• High proficiency in ABB products
• Understanding of product lifecycle and documentation
• Motivation for collaboration and communication
• Teamwork skills and organizational talent
• High responsibility, safety, and integrity commitment
• Fluent English and multicultural communication skills
• German language skills are a plus

Tasks

• Oversee global manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization
• Align with product managers on roadmap execution
• Define and prioritize business-critical tasks
• Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
• Coordinate between engineering, operations, and product management
• Gather team input and decide on minor product topics
• Consult stakeholders regarding complex technical issues
• Maintain all relevant product documentation
• Manage the product lifecycle and strategic goals
