Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• •Over 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
• •Expertise in power electronic converters or variable frequency drives
• •Proven track record in managing products globally in power electronics
• •Self-motivation and proactive approach
• •Ability to lead by influence and collaborate
• •Skills in managing complex customer relationships
• •Fluency in English (min C1), German knowledge beneficial
