  • •Comprehensive technical foundation in industrial electrical and automation plant design

  • •Ensure engineering processes meet ABB standards
  • •Implement continuous improvement for efficiency
  • •Reduce lead times and adopt agile practices
  • •Represent Engineering in the local Division Management Team
  • •Manage resources and workforce development for approximately 100 engineers
  • •Collaborate with global engineering teams and back-end centers
  • •Oversee financial and operational performance
  • •Ensure transparency, risk control, and reliable delivery
