Requirements

- Experience in eyewear or accessories is a plus, not mandatory
- Strong understanding of assortment planning, OTB management, pricing, forecasting
- Ability to lead category with strategic and analytical mindset
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong product sensitivity and acute understanding of brand image/positioning
- Comfortable operating in complex environments with external partners
- Strong influencing skills without direct hierarchical authority
- Ability to articulate clear business vision and translate into actionable plans
- Collaborative and structured leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders (global, local, external)

Tasks
- Drive Eyewear business across Swiss Markets
- Ensure CHANEL brand integrity in all distribution channels
- Monitor product strategy implementation
- Define and implement Merchandising KPIs
- Follow up with detailed reporting
- Oversee sales forecasting and planning
- Manage assortment and buys of new collections
- Contribute to OTB definition
- Produce quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Build buying guidelines for 12 collections
- Animate Buying in the showroom
- Provide expert advice during buying sessions
- Voice market requests to Global
- Recommend monthly reorders
- Drive local currency pricing
- Harmonize pricing process
- Monitor product shipments and launches
- Conduct monthly calls with Global Supply Chain
- Perform order reallocations in Anaplan
- Align and communicate E-commerce business objectives
- Share merchandising recommendations
- Review and align wholesale sales and marketing plans
- Oversee market distribution strategies
- Participate in Luxottica’s quarterly business meetings
- Conduct brand training sessions
- Deliver brand storytelling and product heritage
- Extend invitations to key CHANEL events
- Safeguard brand image through field visits
- Enhance eyewear visibility with F&B and Fashion Marketing
- Shape annual media plan and budget
- Support PR team on eyewear strategy
- Plan new collection training for retail teams
- Act as main point of contact for FA engagement
- Oversee seasonal training initiatives
- Support boutique teams with morning briefs
- Coordinate after-sales service flows
- Administer after-sales service tools
- Train after-sales teams
- Oversee order management for packaging and spare parts
- Provide competitive intelligence
- Benchmark best practices
- Research digital and retail trends
- Nourish teams with business growth ideas
