- Strong interest in fashion and luxury
- Experience in marketing, events, or data analysis

- Proactive, team player, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English
- German skills as a plus
- Mandatory internship agreement within study program
Tasks
- Analyze client data and KPIs to identify personalization opportunities
- Distribute client lists to support boutique activation
- Implement clienteling actions with retail teams
- Update training materials for digital clienteling tools
- Recommend improvements for client engagement based on feedback
- Consolidate communication needs for each fashion collection
- Coordinate and analyze 1-to-1 and 1-to-many communication campaigns
- Support gifting strategies and in-boutique services
- Coordinate Mystery Shopping waves
- Maintain and update online boutique pages
- Organize boutique events and collection launches
- Manage event logistics and supplier coordination
- Monitor competitors and consolidate event feedback
