Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in ecosystem sales or partner management
  • Proven track record managing partner-focused teams
  • Experience developing and executing partner GTM strategies
  • Experience with multiple partner types (GSIs, Agencies, Regional Partners)
  • Strong executive presence
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive revenue through partner relationships
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud partner ecosystems
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrix organizations
  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity
  • Operating in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Develop joint partner strategies with Sales leadership
  • Lead and develop Partner Success Directors and Focus Partner Sales Managers
  • Execute partner GTM plans and sales plays
  • Review partner performance metrics with stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboard reporting for executive leadership
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication of ecosystem strategy
  • Coordinate partner enablement and go-to-market activities
  • Define vision for partner readiness in North EMEA
  • Orchestrate high-impact certification frameworks and enablement architectures
  • Design and lead standardized regional governance framework
  • Institutionalize automated early-warning systems and predictive triggers
  • Serve as executive champion for ecosystem-led retention
  • Leverage partner insights and lifecycle data to influence go-to-market strategies
  • Orchestrate regional Go-to-Market strategy
  • Align strategic partners with industry-specific sales plays
  • Architect multi-year joint account planning frameworks
  • Identify and unlock high-value growth opportunities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing regional organization
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and professional development
