Requirements

  • Engineering or Master degree with EHS specialty
  • Minimum 7 years experience in QHSE system
  • Experience in industrial/construction environment

  • Proficiency in German (mandatory) and French or English

Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate QHSE activities.
  • Support assembly teams in QHSE implementation.
  • Guide site supervisors in QHSE implementation.
  • Guide project managers in QHSE implementation.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of QHSE standards.
  • Ensure effective application of QHSE standards.
  • Promote a proactive safety and quality culture.
  • Provide technical and professional support for QHSE and CSR.
  • Collaborate with teams to propose and implement policies.
  • Serve as central reference for H&S communication, training, and risk analysis.
  • Ensure activities align with Colas and Kummler+Matter standards.
  • Manage and develop an efficient QHSE department.
  • Implement Colas and Kummler+Matter HSS programs.
  • Support teams in implementing safety practices and learnings.
  • Declare and analyze accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Translate incident lessons into action plans.
  • Implement and embed action plans across teams.
  • Provide operational support through frequent site visits.
  • Manage PPE process for optimization and efficiency.
  • Provide technical safety advice to teams and management.
  • Develop Health and Safety Plans (HSP).
  • Develop Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
  • Manage the Integrated Management System.
  • Optimize and revise H&S policies and standards.
  • Record, follow up, and analyze non-quality issues.
  • Provide feedback on non-quality issues.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Lead surveillance and improvement programs.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Produce KPI reports and analysis.
  • Develop improvement action plans.
  • Develop digitalization of quality control system.
  • Define and implement H&S communication programs.
  • Define and implement legal safety training programs.
  • Provide QHSE training and coaching.
  • Promote a fair and positive safety culture.
