You will drive the success of automotive and manufacturing clients by designing custom software solutions, leading workshops, and managing the full project lifecycle to ensure a seamless digital transformation.

Requirements

• •Experience in project management, customer success, or customer service
• •Ideally, experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or automotive/manufacturing
• •Analytical problem-solving skills and basic programming knowledge
• •Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• •Excellent English and good German communication skills

• •Experience or willingness to use collaboration tools
• •Willingness to travel within Europe

• •Master the software's features and functionalities
• •Understand the software from a user perspective
