Requirements
- •B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline
- •At least 6 years of experience in plant operation, maintenance, and team leadership
- •Proven track record in operational surveillance, troubleshooting, and executing improvement projects
- •Strong data analysis abilities using SQL and Python
- •Experience with dashboarding tools such as Seeq, PowerBI, or Grafana
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Business fluent in English
- •Icelandic or German as a plus
- •Willingness to travel up to 30%

- •Maximize CDR output and Mammoth run rate through operational surveillance
- •Monitor and improve availability, performance, and recovery across all sites
- •Report on energy, production, and operating costs
- •Analyze plant data to identify and validate improvement projects
- •Integrate digital tools like ERP and document management into daily operations
- •Transform data into actionable insights
- •Support auditing efforts to ensure 100% traceability of CDR production
- •Maintain a safe and compliant plant operation
- •Uphold a safety culture and ensure full regulatory compliance
